What Are Charges for Dr. Lambert's Services?

Initial Evaluation $240. This includes a full psychiatric assessment/evaluation, treatment plan and, if indicated, medication treatment.

1 hour follow up (Therapy and Medication Management): $220

30 minute follow up: (Medication Management Only): $150

Will my insurance cover my visit?

Dr. Lambert is Out of Network and does not accept insurance. He has also opted out of Medicare/Medicaid and does not accept Medicare. However, Dr Lambert can provide billing statements to patients for their insurance.

Do you offer financing options?

Dr. Lambert does not offer sliding scale payment options at this time. Dr. Lambert accepts credit card, cash, or check payment for services
